The Great Recession is not a collection of statistics, but a collage composed of millions of faces. It is a mural of people whose lives have been shattered, tragically altered forever. Class action law suits have become a sucker's bet. Federal and state courts have tightened the noose so much that it is almost a waste of time to pursue a class action. It's every man for himself ! RICO statutes provide triple damages.
